Its total area is 70 m². The usable space is expanded by the balcony, where you can spend pleasant moments while enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a glass of your favorite wine.<br>A parking space in the neighboring building is also available to guests for a fee, which significantly enhances the comfort of your stay and may be particularly desirable for families with children.<br>The apartment is furnished in a minimalist style with striking glam accents: the color palette is dominated by muted tones—gray, beige, and white, with a balanced yellow accent like a ray of sunshine, as well as beautiful wood details, furniture, and accessories subtly woven into the modern design that warm the interior and delight with their texture and unconventional appearance.
