The building where the vacation rental is located is a similar distance from the city center. In the immediate vicinity, there is a grocery store, restaurants, and stands selling fresh fruit and vegetables.
Nearby, there is a restaurant open year-round and a hair salon. The building is located right next to the historic tower, a remnant of the former Martin Luther Church. Currently, the tower houses a café and an observation deck.
