The apartment house "Labedz is located in the" spa district of the city of Swinoujscie in Sienkiewicza street 17 and is only 100m from the promenade and 200m from the beach. As part of a complex expansion and modernization of the building, it was possible to retain the beautiful features of the architecture of the 20s both outside and inside the building. The house has four floors with a loft. At your disposal are very individually furnished 2 room apartments with bathroom, kitchenette and television.  There is a barbecue and relaxation area on the property. You can also rent a parking space (B) in the yard.

LA24:
A very special 2-level attic apartment. On the upper floor there is the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Below you will find a double couch (135 x 200 cm), kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub, as well as a balcony from the south side. Apartment equipped with a washing machine and DVD

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Schöne Maisonettewohnung am Park

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in dieser schönen Wohnung. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Übergabe am An- und Abreisetag hat problemlos funktioniert. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir vielleicht einen Backofen vermisst, aber man kann ja auch recht günstig essengehen. Im Haus aber auch von der Straße her war es sehr ruhig. Völlig unerwartet fanden wir sogar WLAN vor! Das stand nicht in der Beschreibung... Also alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
