DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:



This unique flat is located right on the beach in Swinoujscie, the distance to the beach is only 400 metres! This is an excellent location for those wishing to relax by the seashore and listen to the soothing sound of the sea waves. The building is also located on Swinoujscie's famous promenade, where you can find many atmospheric restaurants, attractions and shops with unique souvenirs. There are such establishments as the Promenade Restaurant Baltic Park Molo (400 m), Tortuga Food & Cocktails (190 m), or BikeCafe (500 m). There are also grocery shops in the area, where our guests will be able to stock up on all the necessary products during their stay. A unique attraction will be the Aquapark located 500 m from the Baltic Park Molo flat, where you can combine relaxation with active spending of time. Take a relaxing walk in the nearby Spa Park, whose vast grounds include numerous alleyways, beautiful fountains and delightful nature. There are also horse-drawn carriages running throughout the town, which you can take for a ride and explore the whole area. The distance to the city centre and the Swina River can be covered on foot in just 15 minutes. Here you will also find a mass of tourist attractions, such as the ferry crossing or the Sea Fisheries Museum.



APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:



The elegant studio flat has an area of 28 m² and will happily accommodate 3 people. Its unique décor is designed in bright colours, with lots of wooden elements and pink accessories. The flat's space consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom with shower. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room, which converts into a sleeping area for 1 person at night. There is also a comfortable double bed. A modern SmartTV and internet access will allow you to relax with your favourite films and series. The living room also has a table and chairs where you can comfortably enjoy meals together. The kitchenette has all the amenities and utensils necessary for preparing meals. It includes a microwave oven, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. The modern bathroom has a hairdryer, toiletries and towels for our guests. The flat is also happy to accommodate your pets. Outdoor parking on the premises is also available. On the furnished balcony you can enjoy a nice meal and a cup of your favourite coffee or tea.
