Strong not recommended

Strong not recommended! By accident we left card to open the door inside the room, tried to call support number, but nobody answer the phone and sms full evening. Because we were with small child we were forced to book another accomodation. Contact with host/ office we got next day but we were very rudely told it was our fault! The place is nice but I recommend to book in accomodation with reception at the place.
