Not the place for a light sleeper, anyone else staying here will be heard as if they're in the same room with you. I ended up leaving early, after 4 of the 7 days booked, and ended my holiday at a hotel where i finally got a good night's sleep.

The staff were very nice, unfortunately the room was very tired and in need of decoration, the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Solid little rooms above a pub. Have stayed in four different rooms and all were comfortable. The double had a nice walk-in shower. Water pressure good in all rooms. Decent variety on the menu. Great value and Ethan is a real gent.

Perfect for a stopover. Room was clean and had walk in shower, kettle and tea/coffee. Bed was comfortable Breakfast isn’t included and isn’t available until 10am. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed midweek so it was quiet and bar closed at 9.30.

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, quick check-in, helpful staff. Only improvement would be to find a way to prevent the doors in the corridor from slamming shut as quite noisy.
