We were greeted by a very knowledgable person on the check in desk-we discussed whether there were any good places to eat nearby. We chose to go to the all you can eat Chinese just up the road. They helped us to pay for parking for our stay. The hotel was clean but parts of the rooms were a bit run down-for the price we paid it was not bad. We had breakfast included too which was an added bonus.

The room was small but clean, the staff very friendly, the breakfast very good, would stay here again. The parking is confusing,, if you park in the lot be sure to pay at the hotel because it is cheaper, I did not understand that, my fault.

The room was spot on the breakfast food was really good but it was so disorganized as to cleaning plates no plates out no tea spines no bread it was packed and they didn't cope had fire scare staff were good don't have a car overall enjoyed near shops would stay again

Our first stay; able to park underground on a Sunday so happy to pay for parking which felt very secure. Staff extremely helpful in ensuring that we took the correct route out of Swindon when leaving. Duty manager on our check in date helped us find a local pub for the Sunday football. He also provided a place to store luggage in the meantime. Good breakfast before we set off

Our stay was one night for an event the hotel was clean and friendly. The lift is under pressure as still after a year or so it does all 5 floors which means a long wait or you get taken on a detour . We had a clean room and breafast was nice but no croissants! Lol
