Belle Apartments is located in the Madliena neighbourhood near St. Julian’s is self-catering units with private entrances, furnished with open-plan layout includes 6 single beds, a sofa bed, a shower room, a kitchen, living area, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment includes linens and towels for added convenience. Shared indoor heated pool at 32°C.

This Studio Unit is on the lower ground floor and accommodates up to 6 to 8 guests. No balcony, window or terrace. There is a small outdoor space to add extra ventilation ensuring a comfortable stay.

Located just 5 minutes from attractions like St. George’s Bay and Paceville’s nightlife, the property is close to Greens Supermarket and other local amenities. Public transport and taxis provide easy access to nearby beaches and attractions, street parking available for those opting for car rentals.

Additional information:

1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin meter.

2. A refundable Security Deposit of €200 shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage to the property that may incur. At the same time, the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only, and this is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards.



3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.



4. No lift. Access through stairs.

5. No daily cleaning for the unit or daily changing of sheets/linens/towels. Washing machine available inside the apartment.

6. If you are booking for Monthly or Long stays (28 nights or more) are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS ONLY; EXTRA PERSONS are charged €375 each per month. Monthly or long-stay rates DO NOT INCLUDE utility bills, wifi/tv connection, or the post-check-out cleaning fee (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry). To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.



(a) Bills for 2-Bedroom Units: €160 (2 people), €180 (3 people), €200 (4 people), and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.



(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people), €180 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.



(c) €25 wifi/TV connection monthly



(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.



(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
