On arriving to the gate, the guards asked me for an extra 50 JD for my 12 year old daughter to be in our room. On getting to the front desk, the lady at the front said the same. I had called the hotel prior to booking informing them that my 12 year old will be with us in the room and the lady who responded said that it’s absolutely fine but there would be a fee for breakfast which is completely ok. I explained to the lady that though I am ok to pay the extra cost, however, this was not the info I received from the call center. She then called a manager who took one look at my ( very tall 12 year old) and apologized and waived the cost of breakfast. Check in was delayed on arrival for almost 3 hours, when we asked for late check out, they were accommodating so no harm no fowl. We had a very pleasant time and enjoyed our stay.

Great staff and amenities. Tourism was slow when we went so we got a free room upgrade without asking. The breakfast was delicious and included an omelette bar, some delicious Jordanian dishes, and classic cereal, pancakes, and waffles. The fruit danish was excellent.

We wish we could stay longer than one night.Great hotel with alot to see and do for families and couples.To get to the dead sea beach there is a golf buggy,very helpful on hot days.The dinner buffet was fantastic,everything you could ask for and all tasty.The breakfast buffet was even better.Room was large with dead sea views.

You should have landlines near the bar in the case we need to contact reception, since the cell phones connect to Jawal cell towers in case we need to contact reception instead of having to walk all the way. We should be able to contact reception at the bar near the adult pool - between the adult pool and the Dead Sea

Room was not ready at check in way passed 4.30. Shower water was not hot, warm to say the least. AC was not cooling properly. Couldn't get lower than 23 degrees. Food buffet was not impressive at all. I have to say it wasn't like this few years ago !? Staff was courteous and friendly and that never changed.
