The word Grand, is simply that specific to this property - our room faced the train station drop off are - so very noisy. Carpets in halls, were old, warn & in need of replacing. we felt that Swansea in general, is somewhat depressed. To us, not a place we would recommend visiting/staying - SPA007

Old hotel nicely redone. Great location across the street from the train station. Small room with ensuite bathroom (shower), small refridgerator, tea coffee cookies tv and comfortable bed. Friendly staff 100 pc satisfied. I will return.

First two nights were excellent. Third night in a new room. Window would not close. Street noise kept me awake all night. Just an old terrible room. I was moved to a newer room which was good. Staff at reception and bar were excellent. Would only return to hotel if I had a room not on the high street side

This hotel is across the street from the main train station. There is a parkade just beside the hotel with short-term and daily parking at a reasonable price. Rooms are small but functional and comfortable. The area is a few blocks from the main market for baking, shopping, and eating. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in the area. There is a bar/restaurant on site as well.
