we arrived to find the mains water had shut off in the gower..... the welcome/information pack had been taken by the previous occupant the track to the property was in such bad condition our car had been stuck and there after we were afraid to use the car for the duration of our visit 1 shower was not working pressure was poor and it would go from cold to very hot intermitantly which was quite dangerous for children, ensuite wc was constantly filling 24 hrs and therefore disconnected by a plumber
