We were very pleased with the property. Clean, surprisingly spacious and in an excellent and covenient location. We will definitely stay there again, next time we're in Swan Hill.

Room was Ok bed to soft. Was Sent a msg on Saturday to ring the reception for a credit card / saftey security, which said to ring Mon to Fri & the room was booked for Sunday? then got a phone call whilst driving and the person was quite forceful about getting a credit card on file. The staff sent me an sms on Friday for Breakfast times & cost , maybee compn sense should have been to ask us to ring them then.

Nice room, clean,good WiFi and all facilities worked ok. Howevejr, the bed had only a doona on it mor suited to Antarctica. We had a very disturbed sleep due the heat of the doona. It would have been better if there was the choice of blankets as well. Putting doonas on beds is not customer focused.

Spa room was well equipped, comfortable and, being tucked away at rear of property, was quietly located. Staffless check in was easy but lacks the human touch which is important in the hospitality business. Easy walk to cafes and shopping was a bonus.

Very spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. The only issue was the shower head which was splurting water everywhere, and noisy neighbours particularly on a Saturday night. Very happy with the accommodation, would definitely stay again.

As advertised - clean and as photos show.. No issues at all - just remember to save the code for the lockbox they email earlier as there is no reception. However, phoned help line and was provided. Good locaion on main street.

This is an easy to find property located within a reasonable walk to lots of shopping/cafes. It is central to attractions and a great base. The room was very clean and fresh. Other people were rather inconsiderate with early noise which can happen anywhere. Good for the price.
