From the moment I arrived, the check-in counter
was unwelcoming and surprisingly arrogant/ cussard/ sarcastic . I approached politely after a long journey, only to be met with condescending remarks and a cold, dismissive attitude.
the staff member seemed more interested in asserting authority than offering service. Basic hospitality—like a smile or a greeting—was completely absent and was afraid to talk to him
What should have been a smooth check-in turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable ordeal.
The rest of the stay was fine, but the tone was unfortunately set from the start.
Unless the management addresses this glaring issue with front desk attitude, I cannot recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels that understand the importance of a warm welcome.
I will post my comments where ever possible unless a reasonable solution given .
