The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms each with one double and one single bed, two bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. The first floor consists of an open gallery with one double and one single bed and a childrens room with a single bed. The jacuzzi is included in the price and on disposal to the guests during their stay. The outdoor area consists of a private garden with swimming pool, and a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining table. The guests have 2 parking spots in front of the house. The Villa is located in a peaceful small village Smoljanci on the local road connecting Svetvin?ent, Kanfanar and Krmeda. Smoljanci is only a short car drive away from the nearest beach. Young groups are not welcome.
