This modern villa offers everything you could want from your vacation—

The comfortable villa spans two floors and, with its spacious layout and extra-high ceilings, offers an open, airy feel. It opens onto the pool and sun deck via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

On the first floor, you’ll find

the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa arrangement, satellite TV, a PlayStation 4, and a Bose soundbar,

a large dining table that seats 10,

and the fully equipped, modern kitchen with 2 large refrigerators/freezers, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule machine, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, etc.,

A beautiful cantilevered staircase leads to the upper floor with

two additional large bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 200 x 200 cm, en-suite bathrooms, satellite TV, and access to the south-facing balcony.

From here, you can enjoy sweeping views of the lush, unspoiled countryside and, of course, the garden and pool.

Two travel cribs with blankets and two high chairs are available upon request.

The living area and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units that also provide heat.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The property is completely enclosed by an Istrian stone wall and an electric gate, offering you wonderful privacy for your vacation. You can relax wonderfully by the large infinity pool with massage jets and then sunbathe on the terrace. Comfortable lounge chairs with cushions and umbrellas are available for this purpose.

In the evening, you can barbecue in the covered outdoor kitchen and sit comfortably at the large dining table.

For your children and those who enjoy sports, there’s a 15 x 7.5 m sports and play field and a large garden with a lawn and a swing. We also offer our guests a bocce court for playing.

Your cars can be parked in three parking spaces—two of which have canopies—all securely on the property.
A private electric vehicle charging station is available free of charge for your electric vehicle.

The property is secured by an alarm system and monitored by video surveillance.
