Luxury villa with infinity swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and garden. Villa for 8 people that consists of three floors with a total area of 400 m2. The whole house is very spacious and furnished in a modern style. The house was built in 2014 . Villa Meli is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the fields, woods, the sea and the vineyards. In front of the house is a swimming pool of 50m2 and a garden with furniture, deckchairs and an open fireplace for grilling. Free Wi-Fi is available. In the basement is a garage for 2 cars, billiards and a storage. Ground floor consists of a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD, fireplace, kitchen with dining room, laundry room, one bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and terrace. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view. Three bedrooms are with double bed and one with two single beds.
