Beautiful Holiday Home With Private Pool Near Lim Fjord

This beautiful stone villa spreads on 150 m2 and is ideal for 6 to 8 persons. The grouns floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed for 2 additional guests and a terrace with garden furniture, a bathroom, a double room with air conditioning and private bathroom. The double bedroom o the ground floor has its own private entrance so the guests staying in this big doubleroom have complete privacy. The first floor consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, green garden, meadows and woods. The outside area consists of a 24 m2 large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, garden with barbecue, outdoor shower, covered patio with wooden table and chairs, barbecue and private parking for 3 cars. Next to the pool is a playroom with darts and table football. The Villa is located about 15 km from Porec and 15 km from the sea.
The pool is heated only on previous request with an extra charge.
