The interior of the villa is 220 m², and the villa itself is designed so that the ground floor and the 1st floor form 2 separate units connected by an external staircase. This makes it an ideal choice for 2 families or a group of friends who want to enjoy a vacation together while maintaining privacy and intimacy. The interior of the villa is decorated with an emphasis on comfort and functionality. You will have 2 fully equipped kitchens, each with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, stove with oven and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the terrace, equipped with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. On the 1st floor there is a second living room, also with access to the terrace, and here the sofa is fixed.



Each floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms - a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with double beds for a peaceful sleep. Each floor also has its own private terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine at dusk.



On a beautifully maintained garden of 1000 m² numerous facilities for relaxation and fun await you.
