The separate ground floor unit is empty and locked, ensuring complete privacy for guests.The main living area is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one child if needed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a balcony overlooking the surroundings. The house features three bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a 140 cm wide bed – as well as two bathrooms, one with a shower and WC and the other with a bathtub and WC.Villa Diana is only a few minutes’ drive from the historic town of Labin, known for its old town, art galleries and summer cultural events. Just ten kilometres away lies the charming resort of Rabac, famous for its crystal-clear sea and pebble beaches, ideal for families with children.
