Welcome to this spacious and well-equipped holiday home in Svanesund on southern Orust – a perfect choice for large families or several groups vacationing together. The house is a generous 224 m² and accommodates up to 14 guests, with 12 permanent beds spread across 6 bedrooms. You'll find a smart mix of single beds, double beds, a bunk bed and a sofa bed.



There are two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub – as well as an inviting sauna for relaxation. The kitchen is stylishly renovated and fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and ample workspace. There are two large dining areas both indoors and outdoors, and the house offers several seating areas on the balcony, terrace and in the garden.



Children will love the private playground with swings, slide and a charming little playhouse. For the adults, there's a wonderful deck facing nature, with comfortable lounge furniture – perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink in the sun.



The house also includes two TVs, fiber internet, washing machine, wood-burning stove and sauna – for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There’s parking for up to 5 cars on the property.



Things to do in Svanesund and nearby:



Within walking distance you’ll find a Hemköp grocery store (900 m) and a pizzeria (800 m). The beach in Svanesund is only 1.2 km away and offers a sandy beach, jetty, and playground – perfect for the whole family.



If you want more variety, just take the car ferry to Stenungsund where you’ll find a shopping center, restaurants, and larger supermarkets. Orust also offers scenic hiking trails, coastal villages, flea markets and summer activities for all ages.



Good to know about this accommodation:



• A deposit of 4000 SEK is mandatory and must be paid upon arrival. It will be refunded about 1 week after departure if the house is left in good condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be added: 190 SEK/person and 90 SEK/person.

• Final cleaning is not included. Guests clean the house themselves. Cleaning supplies are available.

• Firewood can be bought from the owner for 100 SEK/bag.

• Electricity is included. Charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups and parties are not permitted.
