Charming half-timbered house from 1775 on two floors, in a beautiful location with sea view.
The living room has a warm and cozy atmosphere and enchants with beautiful piano and wood stove. In the kitchen you have more than enough space to cook and eat your meals.
When the weather is nice, you can spend your vacation time on the cozy terrace with lounge furniture and barbecue. Children can have fun in the beautiful, large garden with two soccer goals and a sandbox. The property is located next to fields and opens between the trees a wonderful view of the sea. The nearest bathing jetty is only 200 meters away, so you are only a stone's throw from the next jump into the water.
You benefit from a beautiful coastal location halfway between the towns of Aarsdale and Svaneke. Aarsdale is an old fishing village full of charm. Of interest here are the old mill from 1877, the harbor and the local smokehouse. If you have your cycling equipment with you, you can ride a beautiful route in the fantastic hills west of the village and experience pure nature there.
Svaneke is a showcase of modern gastronomy. Here you can have a delicious lunch everywhere and then buy a variety of delicacies from the candy factory, the chocolate store, or from Bulow liquorice, or a typical "Gammeldaws" ice cream cone in one of the many ice cream stores. ice cream cone in one of the many ice cream stores. Dieses großzügig geschnittene ehemalige Bauernhaus ist sehr charmant und gemütlich eingerichtet, ausserdem sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit einer großen Küche.Die Terrasse gewährt einen freien Blick in die Natur und teilweise auf die Ostsee. Der schöne Ort Svaneke ist in der Nähe und auch die tollen Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Alles in Allem eine Unterkunft die sehr empfohlen werden kann und mit einem ausgewogenen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben uns dort zu 4 incl einem 5jährigen Kind ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Top!!
