I’ve stayed here three times. The first and second visits were great, but the third time I brought my mom, and it was very disappointing. I requested an early check-in, but the front desk staff was saying room was not ready yet. So, we were waiting for the room. Later we asked again, and he told me there would be an extra fee, if you pay you can have a room not a friendly and looks little angry. Later, we went to the brunch buffet, and when my mom asked about the price, the staff at the counter answered in an unfriendly way he looked annoyed and didn’t smile at all. My mom felt embarrassed. I really expected better service, especially since I brought my mom, but it was terrible. The bathroom was also not clean and had a constant smell of urine. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.

Staff was super helpful and kind, they communicatef extremely well at checkin and even offered us multiple upgrades. The space was great as well, clean and all the necessary toiletries were supplied. Only minor complaint would be that the elevators were very slow, and the waiting area was not air conditioned so it was uncomfortable to wait there. But overall, we had a lovely stay with no major issues.

A pleasant attitude goes a long way

My colleagues and I arrived late evening for check in after a long flight and taxi ride from ICN. I was greeted by Ms. Jamie Lee for check in and both her and her co-worker were exceptional ! It is nice to have a friendly, patient team help get you to your room after a long day of travel. I would recommend this hotel anytime.
