1. 단점 가. 청결 1) 침구 및 어메니티 리필정도만 하고 청소하지 않는 듯 - 바닥에 머리카락 침대위 날벌레 시체, 천장 먼지 현관 벽면 손대면 기름 덕지덕지, 화장실 곰팡이 나. 시설물 1) 화장실 - 비대좌변기이나 비대기능 아무것도 안됨 2) 엘리베이터 - 3층 건물이나 엘리베이터가 없어서 아쉬움 무거운 짐 들고 올 경우 썩 좋지않음 3) 침대 - 보이는 것만 호텔형 침대, 실질적으로는 딱딱함 - 잠자기 매우 불편 다. 방음/소음 1) 옆방 윗방 대화하는 소리, 의자 움직이는 소리 바로 옆에서 듣는것처럼 생생함 2) 새벽2-5시까지 옆방이 안자고 계속 떠들고 왔다갔다 하는 바람에 잠 설침 (소음 민감하신분 절대 비추) 2. 장점 가. 젊은분 말고 좀 더 나이있으신 사장님 친절하심

209호에 머물렀는데 1. 샤워꼭지 불량 2. 실내온도 조절기에서 숫자가 22.1도까지밖에 올라가지않아 추움 3. 청결상태 서비스 등 나머지 사항은 만족함
