Housekeeping never cleaned the room even once during the 5 night stay. Towels and beddings were filthy. No toilet paper someone said it was out of stock. Wi-Fi never worked for us. And I requested late check out but kept getting calls to hurry and check out.

The Deluxe room was really dirty, Double bed has bedbugs also Sofa cushions was dirty, to be honest it just like they pick it up from the rubbish dump, there was no proper linens & not even a door mat inside the bathroom & toilet. Not gonna go back

The property & staff are/where totally awesome My major concern was with Expedia their date change policy changes after only 5 minutes of booking is outrageous. The cost to change dates way more than the room cost per night. I’ll never book with Expedia again

This place has such potential - but they let themselves down with the little things that are so often overlooked. They forget to put guest towels in the room, or to supply toilet paper…. The blanket between the top and bottom sheet instead of on top?? You get tired of being in touch with reception for stupid little things!
