Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there is room for improvement. The room was comfortable, though some amenities felt limited or outdated. Improving in-room facilities and upgrading amenities would greatly enhance the guest experience. With a few improvements in these areas, the stay could be much better.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were stains in the bedsheets. The location is tricky. You can either hail the taxi ($3 to get to the main bus terminal) or catch the bus to town. Otherwise, it's a 15-20 walk in the heat. Average breakfast.

The room was not at standard living. A/C was broken I paid almost 3500 FJ dollars for a crappy room. My room was changed 4 times because of A/C water kept flown inside the room, all my clothes were wet twice and the hotel besides changing the room didn’t offer any other accommodation. I was not happy with hotels.com for putting this hotel on their website and recommending it and at this same time not happy with the hotel itself. When I tried to claim insurance even the insurance company that I paid additional denied my claim. I have a lot to say but not enough space to everything on here. All I would say is this hotel is good for local residents but not for international visitors.

I stayed at room 509. First day I arrive there was bedbug on the sheets. Shower splashing not directly need replacement of shower head. Water from bathroom comes out all time Bedsheets needs changing.All stained and covered with top sheet pillowcase as well

Can’t say enough how awesome this place is. Everyone ever who goes to SUVA I will recommend this hotel until the day I die. I LOVE them. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice but also real people too. Security at the front and friendly people. It’s a conference center so you may occasionally hear activities but this gives you the ability to be louder too! So you can listen to music or watch the TV louder than most places. The price was great! Thank you Yatu Lau 🙏

The rooms were bug infested. When I asked for a different room, it was worse than the original one. Left the hotel within 10 mins of arrival and checked into a different hotel. This hotel has not even refunded my money. Did not spend any more than 10 mins but they charged for the full stay . Absolutely a nightmare of a place. Drug peddlers and prostitutes all over the place. Not safe at all.

This is an amazing place. They are very friendly, accommodating, and the breakfast is something to look forward to. I can’t say enough how great this place can be for you. It’s a great price too. Close to the city, I walked to the middle of downtown from the hotel. I knew it was a conference center so the events at night sometimes, they didn’t bother me. If I stay in Suva again, I am going back to this hotel.
