The views were great, the restaurant and the people were wonderful. I didn’t get to go in the cabins, but from the outside they looked much nicer than the mountain house. The mountain house looked like maybe it was part of the original property there. It was large and had plenty of room for 5 of us. I feel like it could use a complete remodel or at the very least, get rid of the carpet in the back bedroom.

After being greeted by GM Steve and having a great welcoming conversation he showed us the hot tub area and the cabin. Clean grounds and outside area. Cabin was clean and offered a beautiful view of mountains. Dinner was excellent and staff was pleasant to speak with. We will be a return over night visitor along with just a coffee and pie stop. Thank you for a very pleasant visit.

Very nice Room was comfortable. Couch was very comfortable. Bathroom could use hooks Sink bowl looks nice but is messy. Shower had no where to put shampoo and soap. Window shade should be replaced. Good breakfast especially the sourdough pancakes. Wonderful view's

We thoroughly enjoyed the groomed cross country ski trails behind the lodge and the large hot tub that we could reserve for just the two of us. The cabins are very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The restaurant was closed for remodeling but the food has always been wonderful in the past.

Great spot ! The food was great, the view was great. No real negatives, WiFi is slow but that’s expected when you are on the side of a mountain pretty far away from regular utilities. Northern lights were easy to see.

Being the time in between seasons, the upgrade to a premier cabin was a nice surprise. The key was left for me with great instructions. I will recommend this lodge to my Alaskan friends who winter in the area.
