Sutivan Beach House I is a seaside villa set directly on the Adriatic shores, ideal for summer holidays and year-round retreats. Designed in soothing tones of cream and white, it blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings of sea and sky, creating a tranquil and stylish escape.

Outdoors, guests can unwind by the private infinity pool, enjoy panoramic views, or relax in the sun with a book. The terrace also features an al fresco dining space and a built-in barbecue, perfect for leisurely meals with a view.

Inside, the villa boasts an open-plan layout on the ground floor, where the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow effortlessly into one another, maintaining a calming, modern aesthetic. The living space is comfortably furnished, offering a peaceful retreat with garden views.

Upstairs, three elegant bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Each room includes a plush bed, private en-suite, and a balcony – allowing guests to enjoy the sea breeze and views at any time.

Sutivan Beach House I is situated next to two other similar villas, which also have three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight guests. These villas can be rented in combination with one another, so check out Sutivan Beach House II & Sutivan Beach House III if you are a larger group and want to be close to one another.
