- New Waterside Pool Safe Fence has been installed (fully fenced)
- Garage is not Available (2 Spaces for a cars/boat or jetski + high ceiling carport)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
Step into the entry, which leads to a well-appointed downstairs bathroom and the living and entertaining areas, all featuring picturesque views of the water canals. The first dining area, seating up to 4 people, is ideal as a children’s table and offers easy access to the outdoor spaces.
The galley-style kitchen, located at the heart of the home, is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and ample bench space to make meal preparation a breeze. At the other end of the kitchen, the second dining area seats up to 8 guests, making it perfect for shared meals.
The adjoining living room boasts water views and a smart TV for entertainment. Step outside to a spacious outdoor dining area with a BBQ, where you can enjoy leisurely afternoon meals or your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
