Immer wieder ein schöner Zwischenstopp aus der Reise in den Süden. Tolles Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und Weinen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal und der Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich.

Kein Warmwasser am Ankunftsabend (wohl ein Ausnahmefall).... aber viel schlimmer: keine Entschuldigung, ja nicht mal darauf eingegangen. Quasi: Hmm, ich schaue nach. Schade, wenn Reklamationsmanagement nicht gut gemacht wird. Ausserdem ist Check-In ab 18 Uhr. bei Ebookers steht 17Uhr... wurde dann widerwillig eingecheckt als ich angerufen habe. Preis wäre sonst entsprechend fair für die Zimmer. Haus ist eher alt und dadurch hört man Leute auf dem Gang und im Treppenhaus gut. Restaurant ist schön und der Garten traumhaft wenn es warm ist.

Das Haus kann man nicht wirklich als Hotel bezeichnen. Es ist eher ein Restaurant mit Gästezimmern. Einfach, aber für die Schweiz recht günstig. Für mich das Wichtigste: Sauberkeit. Hier war alles in Ordnung. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. So erhielt ich auf Nachfrage einen Adapter für die Steckdosen und konnte auch problemlos später als vereinbart auschecken. Ausserdem stand eine Espressomaschine zur Verfügung obwohl eigentlich Frühstück nicht inkludiert war. Das Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad hatte ein Waschbecken und separates WC. So musste nur die Dusche des Gemeinschaftsbades benutzt werden. Negativ dürfte für viele Gäste das nicht funktionierende WLAN sein. Mich störten eher die Fliesen auf dem Boden des Zimmers, das dadurch sehr kühl wirkt - andererseits aber auch sauber und allergikerfreundlich. Leider wurde von hotels.com auf meiner Buchungsbestätigung eine Sauna erwähnt, die ich auch gerne genutzt hätte. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass diese nicht existiert und man auch nichts davon wisse. Wer hier den Fehler gemacht hat, kann ich nicht sagen. Er sollte aber behoben werden.

The Hotel is attached to a restaurant very noisy and smelly. Location on a very busy street and with no AC and open windows not good for sleeping late in the morning

Horrible hotel, rude staff, very dirty!

Rude staff, limited maid service, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Watch what they charge you, not very honest. Dirty dirty dirty. No elevators or ac. Huge disappointment.

Total Happy!

We had a class unification. I stayed only one night. Bevor midnight (i was in a Restaurant near, they phone me up, I confirmed my booking and they were ready to accept me at any time. Later at 01 o'clock the staff was extremely friendly. In the morning I just had to leave the key in the room and left trough a backdoor.

Altes Hotel in Stadtnähe

Hotel in einem alten Zustand. Zimmer ist mager ausgestattet. Gebucht ein Doppelzimmer, bekommen ein kleines Einzelzimmer mit einem sehr schmalen Bett. Zuhause schlafen meine Kinder in einem solchen Bett.

Décevant, les photos et le type de restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur, dialogue difficile pas un mot de Français, plutôt froid d'accueil, petit déjeuner nul, surgelés et pas varié, trop léger et de qualité très médiocre. Cet hotel à un cadre ancien mais très mal exploité bien de la chance d'avoir des touristes qui font que passer.

en plein après-midi, j'ai voulu obtenir la clé et l'hôtel était fermé. Ai dû appeler et attendre que les employés qui nettoyaient la terrasse aillent chercher quelqu'un à l'intérieur. le dimanche pas de petit-déjeûner bien que c'est spécifié avec sur l'offre hotel.com. Selon le gérant de l'hôtel, cela coûte 223 frs la semaine et 202 du samedi au dimanche à cause de cela.

Alles in allem ok.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Morgenessen war ebenfalls tiptop. Ich empfand das Hotel allerdings als sehr laut (Lärm kam wohl aus der Küche) und das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es war dafür aber wiederum sehr sauber und über die sanitären Anlagen gab es überhaupt nichts zu meckern.
