Comfort living away from home.

This home is newly built about two years ago. Most of my furnitures and appliances have recently been bought and this is the first time for this house to be in the market for rent. The house is located on the ground floor. The place is secure as it is surrounded with tall brick fence and a tall gate. As you walk in, you will enter the lounge room and futher ahead is the dining room and kitchen and a back doorway. On your left is the en-suite bedroom and then the second bedroom. In between the two rooms is a second toilet and shower. Outside the back of the house is another toilet and a place to do your laundry. There is also a laundromat in the city centre which is 5 minutes drive away. What’s unique about the place is the main bedroom is bigger and very spacious.
Each room has air conditioning, including the lounge room. There is a queen size bed in the first bedroom and double size bed in the second bedroom. There’s a baby cot and a kid’s bed too. Also included are tv with signals, accessing multiple channels, lounge and glass table with chairs, stereo system, fridge, microwave, kitchen tables and chairs, two burner gas cooker, rice cooker, plates and utensils.
Only 5 minutes drive to city center. Close to universities, schools, shopping malls, supermarket, shops, parks and beach resorts. There is a nice beach resort three minutes drive from the house.
