The dining space brings everyone together, while the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of bench space makes cooking and entertaining easy.



Bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds, fresh linen, and ample storage. Outside, the generous backyard offers space for kids to play or for guests to relax in the sun. With the beach just a short stroll away, it’s easy to dip in for a swim, take a walk, or simply enjoy the scenery.



Additional amenities include laundry facilities with a washing machine—ideal for longer stays.

Located approximately 5 kilometers northeast of Batemans Bay, making it just a short 5-minute drive across the Clyde River. This close proximity offers convenient access to Batemans Bay's shopping, dining, and recreational amenities while allowing guests to enjoy the peaceful, coastal charm of Surfside.

We stock the property with essentials such as tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic kitchen and laundry supplies. All linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
