TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. First Floor: Wrap around deck overlooking beach and ocean—table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has stunning sweeping views of the ocean. New furniture in living room. Flat screen TV. The dining room seats 6 with full ocean views. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils--everything needed to prepare meals. Stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room. BDRM 1: Master suite with king bed has full ocean views, huge walk-in closet, newly remodeled full bath, and private door to ocean front deck.

Second Floor: BDRM 2: king bed with full ocean views. Two closets and a TV. Newly remodeled full bath in hallway. BDRM 3: Two queen beds with full ocean view, TV, and closet. BDRM 4: Twin bed in SMALL room off of BDRM 3. Perfect for kids.

Our home is fully furnished. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (Parking fee of $12-$15 per car per day, CHARGED BY OCEAN LAKES, NOT ME). I rent my golf cart in addition. This is a GREAT home for extended family vacations. We are dog friendly for $200 per dog/per week fee. LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.

tl,dr: view was nice, interior lacking. Bring everything you need. Overpriced for the stay, ok for the view.The view was great and plenty of seating on the porch to enjoy. The beach access was very close, just down the steps and straight on. Had an issue at check in as the owner didn’t have our name in for the rental, so we couldn’t get into the campground until she corrected our information. Would have been fine with me but it was my parents who arrived first, so they were in a bit of a panic, as I made the booking. The owner did respond quickly, but nonetheless a rough start. The pots and pans in the kitchen were small, we had to buy a frying pan to cook bacon. House could definitely use some repairs. Flooring is starting to peel up. One of the stair treads going to the upstairs bedrooms was not attached, or poorly attached. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, and we didn’t find the hand towels until checkout. The sitting area in the living room is only enough for 5, and you sink into the couch. Overall this was a decent place to stay. View was great, interior was meh.

The floors and house it’s self extremely dirty our grand daughter pjs black from the floors floors falling apart the deck was very unstable nails coming up some of the boards very weak. Felt like you could fall thru. Overall we enjoyed the house but it was the most filthy we have stayed in and we rent a lot of vacation rentals.

The pictures doesn’t do it justice! I can’t say enough good things about this property! We had 2 adults, 4 teenage boys and a 10 year old and it was perfect for us ! Waking up and being able to go on the deck and have the ocean right there was serían !!!We definitely took advantage of the golf cart as well it was definitely an added bonus!To top it all off I was a bit nervous to begin with because one of my boys has some severe mental health issues so I was worried about the neighbors among many other things! He did end up having a few issues/episode's and the people that were staying beside us were nothing but a blessing!!!

House needs a few minor updates. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was a wonderful location. We had to call the host about plugging in our golf cart. She text me right away and was right on it. I highly recommen True Oceanfront Beach Cottage. Will definitely rent again.

Loved that it was completely ocean front. The campground is a lot of you plan on coming and going. The house had a few things wrong, but not anything I would actually complain about. Listing was very accurate, and host was so nice. She answered all my questions quickly. We had our dog with us, so this house is very pet friendly!

Perfect location!

The best thing about this house was the location! Right across from a beach access on a quiet street. Away from the hustle of the strip, but close enough if you want to participate. The upgraded golf cart was a nice addition. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Bathrooms were nicely updated. Very satisfied with the rental overall!

Amazing Location!

This is our favorite rental so far. The location is amazing especially if you have young kids. It is clean, quiet, and super easy access to the beach for all of the chairs and toys. Host was great! Only suggestion is to be aware that the deck is becoming very weathered so be careful with kids always wearing shoes to avoid splinters! We absolutely would rent this home again.

Wonderful Property and Amazing Views

This is a wonderful property. It is oceanfront and only a few steps away. I love the porch and chairs that overlook the ocean. We were able to take our pups. The kids loved being so close to the beach and all the activities. Also, we enjoyed the golf cart. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a family

Teens could do “oceanlakes” things while the adults relaxed. Phenomenal location, right on the beach, so we could sit on the porch & relax or walk a few steps out to the sand. Older house but very nice & had everything we needed.

We had a nice stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Location is the best thing about property. The best stocked kitchen for all your cooking and serving needs. The property could use some painting and cosmetic fixes on the outside. Lots of outside seating on the deck. Cleanliness was average. Floors were dirty in kitchen and living room.. Found two dead roaches in the living room. Beds were hard and squeaky. Could use mattress update. I would give this property a B-

Great House in Fantastic Location!

Jen was a fabulous host to our family for the week! Her dog-friendly house was in the perfect location with immediate beach access & amazing views. Located perfectly at the edge of the campground to participate in all it has to offer, but be tucked away in a bit more peaceful spot. Very clean and lots of storage space!
