PROPERTY AMENITIES

The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. Some cosmetic issues inside but didn’t affect the stay. They only allow 2 cars to park at the condo which wasn’t noted on the listing itself and there is no overflow parking option BUT we were able to park 2 smaller cars in the garage underneath and one car outside of the garage. Perfect spot for both pool and beach access. Close drive to Surfside pier and easy drive to Garden City pier. What to do with trash wasn’t very well explained/written out. There is no trash bin for the condo, only recycling (blue bin) but there is a dumpster at the front of the property. Super quick response from maintenance and housekeeping about where the dumpster was and when there was a mix up with the linens. Some people had dogs so the barking could be annoying if they were left on the balcony and there is a permanent resident at one of the condos that likes to blast his music in his garage til late some nights. All in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again for the convenience and unique layout of the property.
