Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, yet everything you need within a 2-3 mile drive. Beach toys, wagon and beach towels available to help you enjoy your time at the beach. Fully equipped kitchen plus propane grill right outside your unit. This is a duplex; the owner lives on site upstairs.
Our minimum age to reserve is 20 years old. Very child friendly with booster seat, games, pack n play and beach toys

This house was great. 1 block from the beach, the owners were very helpful. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards for us to use. The dryer wasn't working & the owners dried our clothes every day. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Hosts were above us so readily available if there would’ve been any questions or issues. Space was great with 3 teenagers. Short walk to the beach access.

Perfect house for our family gathering! 3 bedrooms, 6 beds all very comfy. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Extra special that there was a wagon and chairs to take to the beach just one block away! Washer and dryer was very handy. Erin was very responsive and helpful.

Property was everything we could have hoped for. Nice and quiet neighborhood, and only a block from the beach. Parking was excellent and we loved being on the first floor. Owners were super nice!
