This house is great for location to the beach. If you have a large family it serves you well. I gave 4 stars due to the beds. The mattresses need to be updated. Young adults to older adults complained of backs hurting and not sleeping well due to the beds. I also feel the linens should be placed on the beds for what you pay. If I was going to have to make beds, we could have brought our own sheets. This house also does not have a grill which caused an issue for us. We were able to borrow a neighbors, so I did not have to call the rental agency for that. We did have to call for being short a set of sheets. The rental company was very responsive. I would stay here again only if they updated the mattresses. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to benefit families that cook. This kitchen had an electric skillet which was very nice. We did not have to use it because we always bring one. I thought I would mention because this is not something you typically see in a rental. We enjoyed our stay and this is a 5 star home with location, kitchen and seating. Again the 4 stars given were based off of the beds. I will add it would be helpful to add higher toilets in some of the bathrooms. The toilets are low which I believe are due to just being dated. Overall this house is very nice and very well taken care of. It is just time to spend some money on simple updates to make it better. :-)
