Our spacious vacation home awaits you in the heart of the enchanting Chiemgau countryside. The spacious house can accommodate up to 6 people, spans 2 floors, and has approximately 140 square meters of living space. Our vacation home is the ideal starting point for exploring the diversity of the Chiemgau region. Whether you’re seeking peace and relaxation or want to actively explore the area, you’ll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation here. Our farmhouse, newly renovated around 2024, is situated on a hill, surrounded by meadows, in a secluded location. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the idyllic atmosphere while relaxing on the terrace, or look forward to a cozy evening with friends or family in the homey living room.
On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, the farmhouse parlor, a bathroom, a pantry, and a bedroom, as well as a storage room and the laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom.
Outside, we have a large terrace with seating and dining space for six people; it’s accessible from the kitchen or the laundry room.
There’s also a separate sun terrace with a garden shower and a lockable bike storage area.
We keep chickens and cats as pets.

FANTASTIC. This place is a dream. The property is amazing with beautiful sunsets out back. It was very clean. Great kitchen. Hosts were very friendly an d helpful. It is in a great area with easy access to the nearby town, full of restaurants and town center for shopping.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus war von der Ausstattung und der Lage her top, Familie Reiter sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit! Es fehlte uns an nichts! Einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen! Wir waren als Familie mit einem Teenager und einem Hund im Sommerurlaub und haben von Surberg aus alle unsere geplanten Ausflüge starten können, vom Baden und SUPpen am Waginger See und am Chiemsee, über Berchtesgaden mit Bootsfahrt über den Königssee und Wandern zum Obersee sowie zum Kehlsteinhaus hoch, nach Ruhpolding zur Sommerrodelbahn, natürlich auch Waging und Traunstein selbst, Salzburg, Rafting auf der Tiroler Ache durch die Entenlochklamm, Wandern durch die Almbachklamm zum Wasserfall, schön bayrisch Essen im Wirtshaus Lauter und einiges mehr.Wir hätten noch länger bleiben und vor allem den toll gestalteten Außenbereich nutzen können!Eine klare Empfehlung!

Schönes Anwesen in Traumlage

Unser Aufenthalt in Surberg

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Ein altes Bauerhaus wurde innen wie außen sehr schön hergerichtet. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Traunstein. Die Räume (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche, Esszimmer) sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
