Our hotel overbooked the rooms and when we arrived told us there were no rooms available for us. They offered us a room at a nearby hotel instead, and dropped us off. The room at this hotel was filthy and located at a noisy trucker gas station on the highway. We even contacted the hotel 2 days before our arrival to confirm and they said nothing about being overbooked, so this was a stressful shock when we arrived. Absolutely would not recommend booking with Barandbed URT, or the hotel down the road K2 Hotel.

Arrived and the hotel was overbooked. They gave us a ride to a hostel down the road in which they paid for us to stay there overnight. The value in hotel was similar but still not what I paid for. Overall OK because they did their best to correct their mistake

Clean space with amenities in line with the price/as advertised. To be fair, this is one of the better lodging options near the airport. However, this hotel was far away from any dining/convenience store, and delivery was pretty much not available after 7pm. There were also no GrabTaxi available in the morning, but this is apparently normal and the hotel staff offered to drive us. The hotel restaurant also closes at 6pm but the hotel does have water/drinks for sale after. And a nice small free breakfast! The room itself was as advertised but very sparse. Came with a quarter roll of toilet paper and no soap. Did have free water and towels. Overall fine for one night and can’t complain with the price. However, a little awkward having to interact with the hotel staff for every need. If you like being social this would be a great place to stay.

We stayed here because it was only about 1 km ride from the airport where we had an early morning flight to Bangkok. The hotel provides a free round trip to the airport. Our room was quite large though sparsely furnished but did have a comfortable bed. There is a good inexpensive restaurant on their property. The hotel is a good value.

Mong made me feel like I was staying in an extension of my own home! I recommend this place enthusiastically to anyone looking for a place in Surat Thani! There's even an incredible pad thai restaurant right next door.

Halte parfaite à proximité aeroport Surat Hani

Hébergement parfait pour une halte avant de prendre un vol, proximité de l'aéroport et surtout amabilité et qualité du service. Le responsable de l'hÎtel est venu me chercher à mon arrivée en bus depuis Koh Phangan et est venu me reconduire le lendemain matin gratuitement. Je recommande cet établissement prévoyez juste des bouchons oreilles en raison de la proximité de la route.
