By far one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels we stayed in Indonesia in the past few weeks. Enjoyed the amazing breakfast, gym, and clean room. If not for the minor issues below I would ahve given a 5 star: 1. Very limited options for vegans. They only had salad and cap cay. Breakfast had lot of vegan items so we were good. 2. Gym was very hot during the day time and no fan. No wipes to clean the machines before and after use. I asked the staff multiple times for some cleaning wipes. They said they will check and completely ignored like I did not exist 3. Water was luke warm and no pressure. So shower was not great. 3.

When we turned down the bedcover to sleep on the first night, we were surprised to find a stain on the bedsheet, just a bit bigger than a 500 rp coin. No bluebird taxi stand so it is a pain to go anywhere, and our drivers were charged a parking fee when exiting after picking us up. Since the property is far from things, you have to take cabs if you don’t have a car. Get a taxi stand and don’t charge them parking to pick up or drop off guests.

Good brand new facility. However quite far from most actions and after hour, the traffic is quite bad it distract you to want to go elsewhere. Found an unclean sheets on day 1, the hotel said it is a red stain from make up or some thing but i thought it looks like dried blood. Quickly resolved and it is smooth sailing afterwards.
