Fashionably “mature”

The hotel is nice. It is very well maintained and reasonably prices. However it is old. Sooner or later it will have to undergo massive refurbishment. It’s been a while since i have seen aircon control by flip switches. Not that i mind. It just shows it is old. Yet very well maintained. And the breakfast is ok.

Old but good vale for money

An older hotel, on a busy 6 to 8 lane boulevard with constant traffic. That said, the hotel was an easy 20 minute walk from train station, had an excellent breakfast, and was comfortable. Good value for money.

located in between 2 malls (walking distance 15-20min) free one way shuttle from hotel to mall everyday 7pm. friendly and english speaking staff. facilities are old but usable. room with centralise aircond, kettle, strong water pressure and hot shower. lot tv channel in english. room space is big and quiet. lastly free one way shuttle to airport but limited to 10am everyday. hotel is under renovation but did not disturb.

1. the location in the website's map is wrong it is not beside surabaya plaza. 2. walking distance to the mall (around 15-20mins) 3. although the facilities are old (gym. sauna, swimming pool) but there are fit enough to use. 4. breakfast is good. lot of choices. 5. staff are friendly and english speaking. 6. free one way shuttle to the nearby mall everyday at 7pm and to airport at 10am. 7. room is comfortable. 7.

Außerordenlich serviceorientiertes Personal!!! Sowohl check-in, als auch check-out waren ruckzuck erledigt. Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was in dieser Kategorie erwartet wurde. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit asiatischen und westlichen Köstlichkeiten. Großer, erfrischender Pool. Bahnhof GUBENG ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg, mit Taxi (unter 2 Euro) 10 Minuten. Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis.
