I love everything that the hotel offers but the breakfast really stood out. They offer the best authentic Indonesian food and more. The chef personally came to us and offered salmon belly soup that is so delicious. The juice is fresh. There are fresh fruits but unfortunately they don’t have my favorite Harum Manis mangoes, sirsak and nangka.

Great hotel and has rapidly become my favorite place to stay in Surabaya. Clean and spacious room, great location and I can’t complement the staff enough. All the hotel team were helpful, friendly and made the stay all the more enjoyable. Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The team texted us a day before to confirm our booking and consistently checked in to make sure we were well taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the junior suite. Everyone was so attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfy bed, amazing view and the hotel looked stunning, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

It is right next to biggest Pakuwon Mall, connected to many luxus Condominium buildings behind the Mall, breakfast was very lavish, great choices, chef cook came out to greet guests, weekend breakfast has music orchestra and sing in local music, great experiences.

Noisy environment

My room wasn't sound proof. We can heard clearly what the guests at the next room were talking on the middle of th night. Reason being most of the walls are wooden partitions and not solid walls. Can heard the sound of closing and opening of curtains coming from next room
