Small cottage feel with BIG ocean views. Get ready for a laid back & relaxing beach vacation. Take a dip in the pool, catch some rays on the beach & relax with a frozen beverage while enjoying a peaceful evening rocking in a rocking chair as you watch the sun go down. That is what beach living is all about! Private heated swimming pool (12X25) with all new decking around it, and around the home with new porches, decks and a walkway to the beach. New bedding. Other amenities include: 3 HD Extended Cable TVs, Netflix, 3 Blu-ray players, 50MB WiFi, fabulous family-friendly outdoor living space with a large covered oceanside porch and sundeck, lots of deck and pool furniture with loungers, rockers, chairs and table as well as a picnic table and a hammock by the pool, boardwalk shower, large enclosed outside shower w/H&C water, and a gas grill*. There is a second refrigerator in the storage under the house for guest use. Pool heat may be added for an additional fee November-March.
