Silver Linings East & West is a beautifully situated, completely renovated, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's enough room for the entire family, with nearby local restaurants, ice cream parlors, and gift shops.

This home is an entire duplex with two separate living spaces - a great setup for an extended family or a group of friends vacationing together. Each side offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with shiplap ceilings and rustic beams, nautical ceiling fans, a wall of picture windows, beautiful frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, and new stainless steel appliances. Each pantry is well equipped too, with new Cuisinart small appliances.

There are two primary bedrooms in each living space (for a total of four primary bedrooms). On each side of the home, the first primary bedroom is on the main level, offering its own den and full luxury bathroom. The second-floor suite has its own luxury bathroom and private oceanfront balcony for sunbathing by day and stargazing by night. The bathrooms have been renovated with light marbling custom tile, natural rock showers, frameless shower doors, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line, brushed-brass Delta hardware.

Additional amenities include new Hot Tub, new flatscreen Roku/cable smart TVs (one in every bedroom), DVD players, VCRs, fast and reliable WiFi, a spacious covered porch with rocking chairs, a large observation deck, plenty of covered parking, rinse-off showers, an outdoor sink and cleaning station, and a set of outdoor stairs leading to the deck entrance and the private boardwalk to the beach.

We spent a long weekend here with the kids and the grandkids. It was wonderful to walk right out to the beach. The place is a little worn and could use some updating but the price was great, the location was awesome and it was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was great to have an empty cupboard to put our food items in which we often don't find in rentals. The rooms were good size and the beds were comfy. The listing states it sleeps 12 and the bedrooms would comfortably fit that many. However, we do think that 12 would be a snug fit for the living space and the kitchen. We had one issue arise on arrival and reached out to the rental company and they were very responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. There are lots of beach toys, chairs and boogie boards available for use. There is a small charcoal grill.

First night ..bugs!

I will say overall we were happy with the experience and our stay. The details from the title refers to our first night experience after checking in. With in 30 minutes I killed 4 full size roaches/water bugs out in the open and on the walls. My 4 kiddos were not wanting to go to sleep or enter other rooms for the fear of the bugs. The management company offered to come and take care of it. However it was a little too late at this point. The bugs are already in the house and I already killed them. Pest control should be consistent and taken care of before guests arrive. Pros: The house location on street and beach. The cost of staying 3 nights. Having a washer and dryer! Clean linens. Cons: The kitchenware was okay. The pots and pans need major updating as all of them are scratched with peeling non stick surfaces. We’ve made note to bring our own pans on any future trips because the ones provided are unreliable. No clocks worked in the house.

Cockroaches were bad. Furniture was old and uncomfortable so we’re some of the beds. No screens on windows so we couldn’t get any fresh air. Would not stay there again.

The duplex has a great view...that being said there are some cleanliness issues but I understand that they are working hard to correct these issues ...they were very apologetic and seemed sincere when speaking to me about my concerns and did offer me a monetary refund which was appreciated...they were very fair

The property was on the beach. It was peaceful & quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed sitting on the deck & being able to walk out the door & take walks on the beach. The house was generally comfortable & clean. The only negative was that the utensils & dishes were not clean, and I had to wash them before we could use them. The pans left in the oven were coated in baked on food & grease, and one of the large cooking spoons was so coated in dried on food, that I had to scrub hard to get it cleaned off. All thing taken in to account, We liked it enough that we would consider staying there again.
