Thoughtfully upgraded, this property presents all-new flooring throughout as well as updated living room furniture. Built for entertaining, the open interior boasts a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, a six-seat dining table, and a comfortable living room with a cable TV. Extra perks include central heating air conditioning, a washer/dryer, plus new mattresses and cable TV in each bedroom.

Thanksgiving Tradition

Lovely home! We typically prefer to stay oceanfront, but needed to book a shorter stay this year so third row made the most sense for us based on rates/availability. We love Holden Beach! This property checked all the boxes for us. Well stocked kitchen, dog-friendly, impeccably clean. Close access to beach via private neighborhood access - 4min walk. Would love to return to Seahaven Too! Tips for improvement: -One to two trash bags would be helpful as we had to purchase while other items like dish/laundry detergent, hand soap were provided -Full set of dinner plates -View of Intracoastal from master bedroom was lovely except for the tire/dirt landfill which was not shown in the photo

Perfect family getaway

Nice house with cool views from the front and rear of the house. The walk to the beach is easy and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood which is what we always look for. Kitchen supplies were perfect for every meal we wanted to make. We did not try the fire pit as it was a bit to warm for that during our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us, it was wonderful!

Would have appreciated a couple of beach chairs & a small cooler! No bedroom TVs but that worked ok for our short stay. No real beach view from the house. Fees are high.

Spacious and comfortable for six!

The neighborhood was so friendly and quiet! I loved how close to the beach we were. The walk was really two minutes to the ocean. The house had all that wa needed in the kitchen. The views from the upper decks were spectacular. Thanks for creating such a beautiful space!

Went for a quick weekend getaway with family including my new grandson. First time at Holden Beach and it was very enjoyable. Beautiful place to stay and very clean with everything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer!
