Take in uninterrupted, breathtaking ocean vistas from two levels of covered decks, or unwind in your private oceanfront swimming pool, just steps from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. For guests who need to stay connected, the home offers extended high-speed WiFi, making it easy to work remotely while enjoying beachside relaxation.

This exceptional home truly has it all. Every bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, two beverage refrigerators, double wall ovens, and two dishwashers, making meal prep effortless for large groups. Ample seating is available between the large dining table and kitchen bar.

The upper level features a cozy sitting area with a large-screen TV, while the laundry area includes two washers and two dryers for added convenience. Although there is no cable service, all TVs are smart TVs, allowing you to stream your favorite movies and shows via Merge TV.

After a day at the beach or pool, rinse off in one of the two enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Enjoy friendly competition with a game of cornhole, fire up the gas grill, or relax in the outdoor cabana area under the home, complete with a full-size refrigerator and TV—perfect for casual outdoor entertaining.

A residential elevator is available to assist with transporting luggage between floors (please follow posted instructions).

Ready for Bed: For weekly rentals, all bedroom beds are made prior to arrival with fresh linens. Towels and bath mats are also provided, so you can settle in and relax from the moment you arrive.

***Pool may be heated from September - May upon advance notice for an additional fee. Pool can be heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature.  Pool heater cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees.  Please call for more details.***
