This gorgeous dunes home has been completely remodeled and boasts a private pool! 'Top Cabin II' has everything you need and more to have a wonderful beach vacation. The open living area is beautifully decorated with a cozy sectional and armchairs plus a TV. The fully equipped kitchen is detailed with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for three. Four bedrooms each include a TV and a private en suite bathroom.

The large wrap-around covered deck is perfect for lounging and watching the sunset or enjoying family time and entertaining. The back deck overlooking the pool has ample seating and a large outdoor dining set perfect for enjoying dinners while taking in the ocean breeze and lovely marsh views. Take a swim in your own private pool or take a walk on the nature trail near the home. Have your own golf cart (June, July, and August only) for easy trips to and from the beach with your own private parking.

Great potential but...

Starting with the positives..Upon check in the interior of the house was clean, well supplied with towels and household items. Great location, easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We did find many loose and rotting boards, popped nails, I save railing, bench seating and steps and called to have maintenance come address these. They came the next day and put a few screws in the step that was completely detatched as well as a deck bench board that was no longer secure. The dock however was unable to be addressed due to the severity of disrepair, the maintenance person said the entire dock needs to be replaced. And the last day of our stay my son stepped on. Rusty nail that had popped up. Our family did enjoy our stay but we were unable to fully relax while outside due to the unsafe boards on the back deck, stairs and dock. If the dock, back steps and deck are refinished, this property would be amazing.
