It was very clean and the pond view was awesome. Everything including the pool and and restaurants were in close proximity. Sunset beach was also close by. It deserves a 10 star. I have been recommending it to everyone of my friends.

This place stinks- literally! Smells like mold and mildew. Additionally everything was done on the cheap- the beds are awful- the couch is sagging- the blind are the 1980’s slat type- give me a break

Everything was clean and comfortable. We were there on a dark rainy weekend and spent most of the time indoors and felt very comfy hanging out on the sofa. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. And I loved that the towels weren't worn down.

Great place to stay

Loved the extra effort that was put into this place. The decoration. Everything was clean. They provided small sample size shampoo, soap, conditioner that was enough for a weekend. Linen, toiler paper, paper towels, silverware/kitchenware all provided. The master drain was clogged and when I reported it someone contacted me same day and resolved. I'd love to stay here again and would recommend.

Failure to communicate with property manager. I had to leave almost two weeks early due to a death in the family. The office was informed. I still received a phone call regarding the dishwasher and several emails regarding check out. Not appreciated

Clean little condo…. My only beef is I can pee harder than then the master bathroom shower. (And I’m 70 Y. O.) I emailed the owner and he sent a maintenance man that said a plumber would be over Saturday.

Very nice stay

Loved this place! My favorite spot was actually the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Everything is super clean. Walking in for the first time, you could smell the cleanliness. The only think I would tweak or the utensils and coffee mugs. They weren’t really clean and often needed to be rewashed again. The plates were spotless so I’m not sure if this was a small oversight, but other than that, I loved it and would stay here again.
