This delightful beach house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and showcases its very own private boat dock. With its stunning vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway, this inviting getaway beckons everyone and offers a wonderful island stay.

An ideal place to unwind after a long day of exploration while waiting for “A Beautiful Sunset.” Two kitchens, with two bedrooms, have their own private deck access. On the main level of the home, you will find a spacious open floor plan. The well-equipped second-floor kitchen features modern appliances to create tasty home-cooked meals for your family after a day of beachcombing and/or kayaking.
The ground-level floor offers a secluded in-law suite with one master suite, a secondary living room, and an enjoyable kitchen area. The second level offers a spacious living room area featuring large windows, a fireplace, and a DAKBoard showing the tide, calendar, and weather for the day, making it a perfect place to call home, along with a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area.
