Welcome to explore this charming and historically significant detached house in Ämmänsaari, Suomussalmi! This house was built in 1952 as accommodation for Kajaani Oy staff and underwent a comprehensive renovation in the winter of 2026.

The location couldn't be better – all amenities are just around the corner, and the waterfront is only 30 meters away.

The rental includes two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two separate 80x200 cm beds.

The upstairs bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs, there is a toilet that also contains a washing machine.

The ground floor features a separate toilet, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a sauna.
