The Space:

Set within the secure Windsong complex, this elevated apartment enjoys a prime position just moments from Caloundra’s renowned beaches, vibrant cafés, and popular dining spots. Designed to maximise its spectacular outlook, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is bathed in natural light and flows effortlessly onto a generous balcony, where ocean breezes and panoramic views create a relaxed coastal atmosphere.



The balcony is ideal for alfresco dining, with space to set the table, fire up the BBQ, and unwind as the sun sets over the Glass House Mountains. Inside, the living area offers a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, and a smart TV—perfect for relaxed evenings after a day by the beach. Guests also enjoy easy access to the complex’s shared facilities located just downstairs, including a swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym.



Please note: The Windsong complex pool refurbishment is scheduled from 2 July to 18 September 2026. During this time, the pool, spa and gym facilities will be unavailable, and intermittent construction noise may be experienced during daytime hours.

Bathroom 2: The main bathroom includes a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.



Laundry: A dedicated internal laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Guest Access:

The apartment is accessed via the lift. Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with 2 car spaces in the undercover garage. Please note these parks are small, so street parking may be necessary for some vehicles. There is also street parking available. The apartment is located within the Windsong complex, where guests may also enjoy a shared BBQ and pool area complete with a spa, sauna and gym.



Please note: From 2 July to 18 September 2026, the pool, spa and gym will be closed due to refurbishment works. Some intermittent construction noise may be experienced during this period.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Canberra Terrace, Kings beach is just a 7-minute walk away (400 metres). The positioning of this apartment promises a convenient coastal lifestyle. Within moments you'll be enjoying the café culture along the esplanade of Bulcock Street, or a short drive will take you to many local beaches such as Moffat, Dicky and Shelly Beach.



Getting Around:

*Pool Refurbishment Notice: The Windsong complex pool refurbishment is scheduled from 2 July to 18 September 2026. During this period, the pool, spa and gym will be unavailable. Daytime construction noise may occasionally be heard from the apartment. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this temporary disruption.



Interaction with Guests:

*Up to 2 additional guests may stay at this apartment by utilising a fold out double bed. Please reach out to us if you would like to utilise this as it will come at an additional cost of $25 per night/per person.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This apartment is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
