The space:

The location of this Sunshine Coast gem positions you to get the best of both worlds. Glorious views away from the hustle and bustle of the main town and highway, yet so close to the sparkling shoreline you can hear the waves and be only a short stroll away from the best of Coolum Beach.

Cascading down a hill over three separate levels, this beach holiday rental consists of the Main House with 3 Bedrooms and balcony on the mid-level and a Suite with 1 Bedroom on the ground level. Together the Entire property can accommodate up to 10 guests. At the very top hidden from direct view and behind the Beach house is a private loft.

Within its tranquil confines, both levels of the Beach House offer all the modern comforts such as air conditioning, smart TVs and Wifi. There are ceiling fans throughout and laundry facilities on each level including washing machine/dryer and ironing amenities, ensuring your extended stays are free of any inconveniences. Enjoy rain showers in every bathroom.

The meticulously decorated bedrooms radiate warmth and relaxation, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration. There you will find comfortable beds with top quality mattresses and all natural fibre breathable linens and pillows including cotton, wool, linen, bamboo and ingeo corn. So those who are sensitive in body and the eco-conscious are covered for a restful sleep.

The Main House on the second level provides accommodation for up to 6 guests. The master suite boasts ocean views, Queen bed and an enchanting ensuite bathroom. It has its own access to the balcony and twin relaxing chairs to enjoy a quiet drink. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a King Single bed and a Single bed. The main bathroom is spacious with a walk-in rain shower and includes a bath where you can peacefully soak and relax.

The well-appointed kitchen caters to all your culinary desires with its cooking essentials and in-theme serving ware. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven. Designed for leisurely meals with everything you need!

Embrace true indoor-outdoor coastal living as you open the timber bi-fold doors allowing you to spill out to the massive wrap-around balcony equipped with a large Weber gas BBQ, outdoor dining and couches all enveloped by soothing verdant greenery. Grab a novel and laze in a hammock, have some laughs playing board games with your friends and family or watch a movie even from the balcony whilst absorbing the captivating sights of Coolum Beach and the mountains.

The Beach Suite on the ground floor is an escape to a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sun and surf with lovely views so you can still enjoy the sunset. It has beautiful original concrete floors polished to highlight the local coloured river rocks embedded within and natural timber accents throughout.

The Suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has one gorgeous bedroom that offers either a large King bed or can be split into two Long Single beds. Fully self-contained with everything you need, the combined lounge/kitchen/laundry area also includes a Double Sofa bed. If you do need to cook, the compact kitchen offers a conventional microwave and other cooking and serving ware to allow you to be self-sufficient. The main bathroom has ample room with a walk-in rain shower. There is also access to an outdoor clothesline at the west side of the house. The Suite has its own private access on the west side of the property near its car park. When the Entire house is rented under the same booking, you can also access the Suite from the main house.

Things TO DO:
Go for a rejuvenating dip or catch a wave at the surf patrolled beach. Grab a local coffee and wander along the boardwalk. Discover Coolum’s bays, savour the local cuisine, visit trendy beach shops and immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture. Chill with beach yoga, take a surf lesson or go for a long walk or run on the beach to Stumers Creek with your dog or just beach-comb all the way to Noosa Heads without a high rise in sight.

Venture out of Coolum Beach and discover walking tracks up Mt. Coolum, head to Buderim falls, or Kondalilla falls located in the national parks only a 45-50 minute inland drive, indulge in a game of golf, head to the famous Eumundi markets or the Bli Bli Waterpark. Coolum is centrally located to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Guest access:
Each of the two levels are very separate with private entries and car parks. You can rent the Entire Property if you prefer to enjoy it totally to yourselves. When the Entire house is rented under the same booking, you can also access the Suite from the Main House.

There are external stairs on the eastern (left) side of the property that may be shared with private guests at the very top of the property. These stairs can take you up to the back door of the Main house on the second level. You may prefer to use this entry when you come back from the beach as it leads directly to the laundry and bathroom on that level. Also, from the back door exiting the house it can sometimes be easier to take pets straight to the grassy area rather than down the internal stairs.


Parking:
Please note, there is a split steep shared driveway with signed designated parking. The Beach House has dual undercover parking (one car space each per level rented) right up to the house at the top of the main driveway. The lower car park belongs to the private loft.

Key collection is from Belle Property Escapes in Coolum Beach. Any after-hours key collection must be pre-arranged.
