Conveniently positioned mid-way between iconic Hastings Street and Noosaville’s Gympie Terrace, ‘Riverfront Villa’ is a luxuriously furnished, two bedroom waterfront holiday home with a swimming pool which showcases stunning views over Noosa Sound and beyond.
With an open plan design, the upper level of the villa flows onto the north facing timber decked balcony which overlooks the river and sandy beach just footsteps away. Set below a raked ceiling, the air-conditioned kitchen, living and dining area is spacious, light filled and enjoys day long sunshine and cooling river breezes.
For those who love to cook, the villa’s kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped. Featuring an electric oven, ceramic cooktop, Nespresso pod style coffee machine, large fridge, integrated water filter, brand new dishwasher and a Weber Q BBQ on the balcony, it’s stocked with all the essentials you could need to cook up a storm!
Don’t want to cook? No worries, stroll across the bridge to fine dining at Ricky’s River Bar and Restaurant, Rock Salt or The Noosa Nosherie at Quamby Place, or from here, catch the Noosa River Ferry to Hastings Street or Noosaville to explore an abundance of other dining options catering to all tastes and budgets.
Downstairs, the light filled master king bedroom with adjoining ensuite and the villa’s second bedroom with two king single beds, both open to a private courtyard garden with comfy lounge seating. • Our Villa is one of four in the boutique Villa Marina Complex. The swimming pool is communal and shared between residents and guests of the four villas. Swimming pool is available for guest use between 8am – 8pm daily. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times
• To comply with building by laws, if you are a smoker we ask that you smoke on the street or the grassed area near the river
• This is a two storey Villa (must climb stairs) / downstairs area is wheelchair accessible only and the main bathroom’s shower is above the bath which may not be suitable for some guests with mobility issues
• As well as internal stairs the Villa features a spiral staircase that connects the decked balcony to the garden courtyard below
